RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. However, we gladly exchange products that are damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a product exchange, you must first email us at customercare@thesupernaturelle.com to alert us of the damage within (7) days of receiving the product, then return the damaged item to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the damaged item from you we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We will send you an email to notify you when your replacement is mailed out or if a refund is granted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The SuperNaturElle is not responsibe for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
